James Proper, 34, of Falconer passed away Friday (January 20, 2012) in his home after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born December 25, 1977 in Jamestown, the son of the late Richard Proper and Sheila Rowland Proper.
Surviving are his loving wife Deanne Josephson, a brother Joseph Proper of Jamestown and his uncle Les Rowland.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
