Beverly K. Schell, 81, of The Watson Home, Warren, PA formally of Jamestown, NY passed away Sunday (February 25, 2018) at Warren General Hospital.
Born September 28, 1936 in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late Steve and Rena Crespy. She was the wife of the late Fredrick Schell whom she married on April 8, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV.
She was a 1954 graduate of Falconer High School. She was a member of St. James Roman Catholic Church and the Local Red Hat Society.
Beverly had a loving heart and generous spirit. She lived life to fullest and made friends wherever she went. Her husband and family were the center of her life. When she was not spending time with family, she enjoyed bingo and her monthly breakfasts with her graduating class. Her faith grounded her throughout her life and provided great comfort, especially in the later years of her life.
Surviving are three daughters: Dawn Larson (Rick) of Warren, PA, Diane Pavao (Kevin) of Orlando, FL, and Deborah Labhart (Tim Hayes) of Snoqualmi, WA; two stepdaughters: Kathy Vignola of Freehold, NJ, and Cindy Schell of Buckley, WA; eight grandchildren: Lindsey (Joey)Bustos, Dana (Matt) Godshall, Erik (Tiffany) Larson, Jane Larson, Ryan Labhart, Emily Labhart, Julianne Vignola, and Erica Vignola; four great grandchildren: Joey and Alyssa Bustos, Connor and Laney Godshall; a brother Robert Crespy (MaryAnn) and a sister Marge Posshel; and nieces Linda Sullivan, Karen Crespy Susan Crespy and a nephew Steve Crespy.
The family is eternally grateful for the countless Warren area doctors, nurses, and caregivers that she grew to know and love. They showed her endless love and compassion.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Falconer Funeral Home. Rev. Darrell Duffy pastor of St. James Catholic Church will officiate. Inurnment will be in Levant Cemetery.
Friends will be received by the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the funeral service Saturday in the funeral home.
