Carol J. Everett, 84, of Falconer passed away Wednesday (May 3, 2017) in her home.
A lifelong area resident she was born February 7, 1933 in Kennedy, the daughter of the late Howard D. and Kathleen Penfield Crandall.
Carol was a graduate of Falconer High School and WCA School of Nursing. In earlier years she owned and operated the Kennedy Grill along with her husband Rex Everett. Prior to retirement in 1993 she was employed by WCA Hospital as a licensed practical nurse.
Carol enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and crocheting.
Surviving are her husband Rexford L. "Rex" Everett whom she married September 30, 1950 in Falconer; a son Kenneth L. (Brenda) Everett of Falconer; two daughters: Connie (George) Gustafson of Falconer, Chris Nelson of Kennedy; seven grandchildren: Kendra, Rex, Collin and Lydia Everett, Clint Sikes, Kimberly LaRoy (Keith), Jackie Parshall (Ronald); three great grandchildren: Trey Parshall, Makayla and Mariah LaRoy.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law Terry Nelson; four brothers: Clarence, Merwin, Vernon and Rodney Crandall.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
