Floyd E. Dellahoy Jr., 52, of Forestville passed away unexpectedly Friday (June 25, 2021). A lifelong area resident he was born August 23, 1968 in Jamestown, the son of Floyd E. and Sharon L. Teeter Dellahoy Sr. Floyd attended Cassadaga Valley High School and was a self-employed construction worker. He was a former member of the Sinclairville Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving is his mother Sharon Dellahoy of Forestville; four daughters: Jennifer Dellahoy, Joleen Dellahoy, Jackie Dellahoy, Summer; twelve grandchildren; three brothers: Scott Dellahoy, Michael Dellahoy, Todd Dellahoy and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Floyd E. Dellahoy Sr. on February 24, 1993; his maternal grandparents Percy and Marion Teeter; his paternal grandparents Elton and Minnie Dellahoy; a nephew Elton VanDewark; a great niece Anna Christy and his son-in-law James Johnston. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Falconer Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Pine Hill Cemetery, Falconer. Memorials may be donated to a charity of one’s choice.
