Monday, March 26, 2018I wish to extend my sympathies to all of my Uncle Dick's family, especially Carol Brewer, Beth Baumgartner and Rick Brewer. I have very fond memories of my Uncle Dick especially from my childhood when I was invited to spend time over summer vacation with his family in Frederick and Laurel, Maryland. Uncle Dick took the time to show my brother & I around Washington, DC. I remember him giving us a ride on his motorcycle and I have a picture of that. I remember my Uncle Dick as always smiling and always so happy to see us. I remember taking a trip with my Grandma Brewer and spending 2 weeks in Frederick, Md.I remember when I received word that Uncle Dick got a heart transplant after many weeks in the hospital. This was nothing short of a miracle and a direct result of my Grandma Brewer's prayers. I also remember praying and hearing of Carol's successful operation and recovery from a life threatening condition as well. All Glory and Praise to our Creator and the healing received. May the Holy Spirit give you comfort and peace during this time. Love, Karen

Sunday, March 25, 2018My deepest condolences to the Brewer family. I remember this lovely family from when we lived together on Calshot Ct. in Maryland. My heart aches for you all during this sad time. "A limb has fallen from the family tree I hear a voice that whispers, ‘Grieve not for me’ Remember the best times, the laughter, the songs The good I lived while I was strong Continue my heritage, I’m counting on you Keep on smiling, the sun will shine through. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest Remembering all…how I was truly blessed Continue traditions, no matter how small Go on with your lives, don’t stare at the wall I miss you all dearly so keep up your chin Until that fine day we’re together again." My heart is with you and during this time, your tears will flow, but make sure you have a smile as well, as your memories lift you up. God Bless.

Sunday, March 25, 2018My sincere condolences to Dick's family. I have fond memories of Dick at Christmas gatherings with family at my Grandmother Adams house. Most memorable is his laugh. I hope memories serve to ease the pain of loss for his family during this difficult time.
