Saturday, January 12, 2019Dear family, so much about mama I could say, but ma ma bear pretty well describes her.....she protected when we were little... And pushed when we got older.... Taught us hard work and how to survive when things got rough . Quiting was never an option. 2 months ago She said" I'm proud of you" What a joy that was for me! We all laughed with her and laughed at ourselves... She had nicknames for everyone... She was a good judge of character..... Because she was one... We learned commitment to our spouses and to finish the job completely, laughter Is a family gift and one I share with my own. We will miss mama love Bonnie

Saturday, January 12, 2019Sending my love and prayers to all my family. My prayer is that God give you a daily dose of comfort. That your memories of Grandma will become less painful and sweeter in time. She is with the Lord now and experiencing real peace and God’s ultimate love. Most of my memories with Grandma were made mostly when I was young. On our visits I remember her strong hugs and her silky skin. Her own way of telling me she loved me by saying, “ You’re A Good Kid.” You felt her love through the great feast she would prepare on your visit, and we’re gifted with jars of her famous pickles. She didn’t have much, but was always willing to give what she had. That is the definition of “ A Good Grandma.” We will miss her.
